Returns

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.

Used, opened, damaged, or altered items may receive a partial refund, store credit, restocking/damage fee, or be refused at our sole discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or prepaid debit card.

Orders over $100 are refunded as store credit unless otherwise approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Products with shipping restrictions
  • Medicinal, topical, or Rx products (including certain Gryppers Rx products)
  • Items marked Final Sale (including select discounted items)

Return Fees

While most returns are accepted free of charge, fees may apply for:

  • Heavy/bulky items (50+ lbs)
  • Paid return shipping or drop-off options or specialty carrier returns
  • Customers with an excessive or abnormal return history
  • Damages to product (fee will range from 50%-100% of item value) - this includes any product not in its original condition, missing tags/parts/accessories, or showing signs of wear, tear, use or manipulation

Please note: Returned items cannot be sent back to you once processed. For fee estimates, please contact us before initiating your return.

Discounts & Exchanges

Refunds will be adjusted if return voids a previous discount, promotion, or bundle.

For exchanges, please contact us to properly initiate a return and place a new order.
