Warranty Overview
Gryppers stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Advanced Performance finger protection products. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects so you can train with confidence.
Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care during the applicable warranty period.
What's Covered
Subject to review and approval, this warranty may cover:
- Defects in GRYPKNIT fabric construction
- Failure of the GRYPTACK adhesive system under normal use
- Seam separation or stitching defects
- Material degradation caused by a manufacturing defect
- Malfunction of infrared technology sensors
- Defects in the tactile sensation layer
Warranty Period
- Advanced Performance products: 10 days from the original date of purchase
- Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
Warranty Remedy
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Gryppers will, at its discretion, replace the product with the same (or a comparable) product.
- Replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability
- This warranty does not cover refunds, upgrades, or additional compensation
- Approved replacements are typically processed within 10 business days
Claim Review & Approval
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Gryppers. We may require photos, order details, additional info, or return of the product for inspection before approving a claim.
What's Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or storage
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Products that have been modified, or altered
- Damage caused by extreme temperatures, chemicals, or environmental exposure
- Loss of adhesive strength after recommended usage cycles
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third party sellers
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gryppers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Additional Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Gryppers reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
International Customers
For customers located outside the United States, the following terms apply:
This limited warranty is offered in accordance with applicable local laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country or region.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are non-refundable.
Warranty replacements are subject to international shipping timelines and customs clearance, which may extend processing beyond standard timeframes. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from authorized Gryppers retailers. Unauthorized or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for coverage.
Gryppers reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims to ensure they meet our quality standards and warranty criteria.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Advanced Performance product has a manufacturing defect:
1. Contact Support
Reach out to our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Submit Documentation
Provide clear photos of the product and proof of purchase.
3. Claim Review
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or return of the product for inspection.
4. Resolution
If approved, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement with the same or a comparable product.
Approved claims are typically processed within 10 business days, subject to product availability and shipping timelines. International claims may vary in processing and shipping timelines.
Product Care & Warranty Guidance
To help maintain performance and support warranty eligibility, we recommend the following care practices:
- Clean with mild soap and water after use
- Allow the product to air dry completely before storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or harsh cleaning agents
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Inspect regularly and discontinue use if excessive wear is observed
Damage resulting from improper care or misuse is not covered under this limited warranty.
